Daniella Beltran, AICP (she/her/hers)

Daniella Beltran, AICP is the Planning Team Lead with Yard & Company. She is passionate about working with communities to foster physical and social connectivity, equity, and joy for all who live in and care for those places. For over ten years, she has utilized planning and design tools to discover and implement the most appropriate policy, development, transportation, and infrastructure solutions for communities. Daniella is involved in a wide range of project types from short-term, tactical interventions to long-range comprehensive plans. Project experience also includes corridor and district development planning, multi-modal infrastructure improvements, streetscape design guidelines, and site design work.

Daniella is active in her community with roles as Vice Chair of the City of Cincinnati Planning Commission, Secretary/Treasurer for the Cincinnati APA board, and REAL Mentor with the Cincinnati Urban Land Institute (ULI). Daniella earned a B.S. in Architecture from The Ohio State University and a Master of Community Planning degree from the University of Cincinnati.
