Nani Wolf, AICP, CAPS is a Planning Specialist for the City of Ann Arbor, MI, Downtown Development Authority (DDA), where she manages capital construction projects, conducts public engagement activities, and analyzes data on visitation and downtown businesses. Nani specializes in aging-in-place, accessibility, land use planning, and parking.
Previously, Nani was a consultant for McKenna Assoc. where she served exclusively municipal clients. She provided daily in-office planning and zoning administrator services and wrote Master Plans, Parks and Rec Plans, and other long-range documents. Her clients were spread all across Michigan, but she mainly worked in River Rouge, Ecorse, Royal Oak Township, Plymouth Township, Holly Township, and Vernon Township. Prior to her return to Michigan, she also briefly worked out west for Kimley Horn and Assoc. Inc., where she helped write comprehensive plans, health indices, and parking management plans for communities in Texas, Arizona, and Colorado.
Nani received her Masters of Urban and Regional Planning in 2021 from the University of Michigan. She is passionate about the value of practical experience for planning students and participates in mentoring and client-based experiential classwork whenever possible.
