Rebecca Ross, AICP, is Manager of Planning Services at the Delaware County Planning Department. She has been with Delaware County since 2006 and has worked on a variety of projects including the County's Comprehensive Plan elements such as Land Use, Housing, and Historic Preservation. Rebecca’s interests in planning include historic preservation, sustainability, and fair housing. Rebecca has served as an at-large member of the Southeast Section Council of the Pennsylvania Chapter of APA and is currently the Southeast section representative to the State Chapter’s Professional Development Committee. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Historic Preservation from Mary Washington University and a Masters in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia.
