Lucy Stoll, AICP was the Project Manager for the City of Chesapeake for the comprehensive plan update. She was with the City of Chesapeake for six years, and held several roles in the Comprehensive Planning Division. Her work is primarily in long-range planning, resilience, environmental planning, and data analysis. Following the completion of the comprehensive plan, Lucy has recently started a new job as a data analyst.
