Lakisha Hull, AICP, LEED AP BD+C, Assoc. AIA, is an experienced professional with 23 years of experience leading large diverse teams while leveraging successful partnerships with various stakeholders, agencies and businesses in the development and implementation of mixed-use development projects, agricultural innovation, community engagement programs, infill development master and comprehensive planning, form-based codes and policy updates, while promoting sustainability. Her previous roles include serving as Planning Directors in Prince George's County and Miami, FL, the Development Services Division Chief at the Charlotte Department of Transportation, Senior Deputy Planner at the City of Los Angeles, and Urban Designer in Orlando, FL. Her interdisciplinary background resulted in the development of projects with cumulative budgets of over $5 billion in regional centers across the U.S. She holds a Dual Master's Degree in Architecture and City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
