Ellie Hohulin (she/her) is a Minneapolis-based arts professional, bicycle advocate and educator, and people person who is currently the Creative Policy Fellow at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities. There she spearheads the new Art + Policy initiative to bring more public artists into city planning and policy efforts. She also organizes community-based group rides through Perennial Cycle, volunteers on the board of the Midtown Greenway Coalition, and is a 2025-2026 Knight Emerging Cities Champion. Past art experiences range from small public art non profits to larger art museums, working across community engagement and social media. Ellie holds a Bachelors in Art History and Urban and Environmental Sudies from Macalester College.
