Jane is mobility planner and project manager at HNTB where she manages parking management, active transportation, transportation demand management, emerging mobility, and complete street projects locally and nationally. She has led bike share feasibility and deployment plans, forecasted and introduced parking pricing changes, launched transportation demand management programs, and developed framework plans for EV charging technologies. Jane is a co-founder of the Parking Reform Network, a non-profit dedicated to increasing awareness and education about the impact parking policy has on climage change, equity, housing, and traffic. She has an undergraduate degree in Urban Studies and Business from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX and a Master of Urban Planning and Policy (MUPP) from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).
