Keegan Mahoney is the Program Director for the City of Detroit Housing & Revitalization Department. He has more than 20 years of experience identifying and investing in dependable solutions to improve the quality of life in Detroit. After working in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, he joined the City of Detroit in 2018. Keegan leads strategy development, program design, and policy analysis related to affordable housing and community development initiatives. Keegan holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Wayne State University.
