Scott Carey, AICP is the President of the Nevada Chapter of the American Planning Association. Over the past two decades Scott has served at the tribal, state, and local levels of government throughout Nevada and has worked on land use planning, economic development, tourism, transportation, and natural resource management issues. Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2007 and his Masters of Science degree in Management & Leadership from Western Governor’s University-Nevada in 2018. Scott has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners since 2020.
