Lauren brings two decades of planning experience across the U.S. and Canada, pairing deep technical expertise with a leadership style grounded in clarity, collaboration, and genuine connection. A certified planner in both countries, she has led public‑sector teams through long‑range and current planning work that shapes how communities grow.

Known for making complex zoning and process reforms feel accessible, Lauren focuses on streamlining systems, building transparency, and empowering people through practical education and open engagement. She’s especially passionate about helping organizations modernize their planning practices in ways that feel human, not bureaucratic.

Outside the office, Lauren studies how Gen Z is navigating the transition into the planning profession and works closely with emerging planners and senior leaders alike. Whether she’s mentoring, training, or researching, she’s committed to strengthening the next generation of the field and the workplaces they’re stepping into.
