Anna Quinones is a Project Manager with the Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority who has managed various planning projects including the development of the Selmon Greenway, pocket parks, and other community enhancements. Her experience has extended from the master planning and conceptual development, to the design, and the construction of the pocket parks along the Selmon Greenway. She has hands on experience in delivering the downtown’s largest community dog park, and she has experience working with planners, designers, engineers, and contractors to bring the mobility project and its community spaces to fruition.
