Anna Wolf is an environmental planning professional with more than a decade of experience supporting integrated water management, stormwater infrastructure planning, and water equity initiatives for public-sector clients. Her work has included water infrastructure financing, stakeholder facilitation, and best management practices for utility management. At ibE, she designs data-driven affordability strategies and evaluates infrastructure investment approaches, and integration of environmental and community planning objectives to support sustainable water systems.
Previously serving as Director of Water Equity at the Center for Neighborhood Technology, Wolf led multi-year, grant-funded water infrastructure initiatives that combined stakeholder engagement, municipal technical assistance, data analytics, and community-based planning. She directed large, interdisciplinary teams; facilitated advisory boards and public feedback sessions; developed toolkits and action-planning guides; and managed complex programs involving municipal governments, community organizations, and funding partners.
Her work is underpinned by a commitment to community centered processes that produce equitable outcomes.
