Caitlin Frye is a public engagement specialist with Michael Baker International whose work is primarily focused on developing and executing accessible and inclusive public engagement campaigns for community and transportation planning projects. Caitlin is a lifelong student of history, which has taught her that, to be effective communicators and planners, we must understand the decisions of those who came before us and how they have shaped our world. Caitlin specializes in strategic communication planning, writing for the public, and graphic and document design. She lives in Fairbanks, Alaska with her husband and two teenage girls, playing music and reading history books in her spare time. She graducated from Colorado College with a BA in History.
