Eric Kehoe is an urban redevelopment strategist focused on the early-stage formation of complex, place-scale projects. He works at the intersection of urban design, public policy, and implementation, helping communities braid strong design ambition with realistic pathways for land control, financing, and governance.

Based in Michigan, Eric has spent nearly fifteen years working in legacy and Great Lakes communities, supporting neighborhood reinvestment, brownfield redevelopment, housing strategy, and adaptive reuse. He has helped shape more than $200 million in development, often on underutilized land in disinvested areas.

Eric is particularly interested in public and mission-driven development models, including public development authorities and community land trusts, and how cities can structure ownership to support long-term community wealth. His work centers on making healthy, walkable, economically resilient urban places not only imaginable, but implementable.
