As an urban planner, designer, and strategist, his experience ranges from commercial corridor revitalization to neighborhood racial justice, from healthy place design to community-based climate adaptation.
At Gehl, he brings expertise in people-first planning and design, visual and written storytelling, and data analytics to projects that bridge scales and disciplines.
He holds a dual master’s degree in urban planning, with distinction, from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design — where he received the commencement award for Outstanding Leadership in Urban Planning — and in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University in Government, French, and Arabic.
