Kohl is a Planner with Renaissance. He combines advanced mapping, data analysis, and qualitative research to craft actionable plans that try to solve multiple problems in a novel manner. Kohl currently serves as Chair of the American Planning Association’s Student Representatives Council. Kohl is a proud (null), having received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Urban Studies from New College of Florida in 2017, where he wrote his undergraduate thesis on decision making in local government. In 2020, he received his Master of Science in Urban & Regional Planning from Florida State University.
