Scott W. Duncanson, AICP, ENV SP, LEED Green Associate, is a Chief Environmental Planner, Group Leader and Project Manager at GFT, Inc., a full service engineering and planning consulting firm, based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Mr. Duncanson is a certified planner with over 41 years of experience in the transportation, NEPA, environmental and community planning fields. Scott has worked on numerous NEPA and environmental planning studies for transportation agencies, MPOs/RPOs, transit providers, state departments of transportation and federal agencies nationwide. Scott currently serves on the AICP Ethics Committee and is an active member of the APA Pennsylvania Chapter’s Professional Development Committee. Scott has also served as a volunteer/friend to the AICP Exam Committee. Scott has presented on the AICP Code of Ethics at NPC and multiple state and regional conferences and webinars. Scott received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire, and a Masters Degree in Urban Affairs from Boston University.
