With two master’s degrees, he’s great at writing reports that city council pretends to read. When he’s not getting ignored at public hearings, assaulted by his toddlers, or mourning the slow death of Westland Mall, Moe hangs out with his partner Tiffany, sailing, snowboarding, and golfing.
