Brian Pieplow- Brian is a certified planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), and Leadership in Energy, Environment, and Design (LEED) Accredited Professional (AP), an ENVISION Sustainable Professional (SP) through the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI). He has more than four decades of master planning and project development experience for a wide range of public agency and private development projects across the U.S., Latin America, and the Middle East. His experience includes the development of master plans for large, mixed-use private developments, city and county master plans, master plans for military installations and major missions, and master plans for medical centers and Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs) for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Some of his notable achievements include the development of the Arlington National Cemetery Master Plan and Southern Expansion Master Plan and the American Planning Association (APA) national award-winning master plans for Washington, D.C. and Kansas City, Missouri. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning and Design from the University of Cincinnati.
