As the Town Manager of Mount Jackson, Olivia focuses on enhancing the community’s quality of life through a strategic blend of engagement and economic growth. She is currently leading several key initiatives, including the Master Park & Pedestrian Connectivity Plan, expanded river access, and town-wide beautification efforts. In 2025, Olivia expanded her commitment to Mount Jackson by acquiring a historic 1830s inn. Through its restoration, she aims to stimulate regional tourism and deepen her long-term investment in the Shenandoah Valley.
Olivia is pursuing her doctorate in Strategic Leadership at James Madison University, where she also earned her Master of Public Administration (MPA). She holds B.S. degrees in Public Relations and Criminal Justice from Radford University.
A dedicated public servant, she holds leadership roles as Vice Chair of Virginia Women Leading Government (VWLG), serves on the board for United Way of the Northern Shenandoah Valley, an active member of Engaging Local Government Leaders (ELGL), a graduate of Virginia Women’s Municipal Leadership Institute (VWMLI), and a Rotarian. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys riding her motorcycle, playing pickleball, and loving on her dachshund-mutts, Moe & Peggy Sue!
