Cori Reaume, AICP, is the Planning Director for North Richland Hills, TX, where she champions process improvement and operational efficiency. With a background rooted in city administration—including five years as City Manager in Justin, TX—Cori brings a unique "administrative lens" to the development world. During her tenure in Justin, she navigated a period of intense growth and organizational change that earned the city a Community Spotlight Award from the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association.
Having also served in Community Development Director and Interim City Administrator roles, Cori has gained extensive experience in modernizing workflows and rebuilding public trust. As a key member of her city’s internal innovation team, she focuses on streamlining daily operations. She recently helped lead a comprehensive external efficiency study of the city’s permitting and development review functions and is currently spearheading the implementation of the resulting recommendations.
