Sarah Patton serves as the Debt Manager for the City of Detroit Office of the Treasury. She recently returned from the Mayor’s Office, where she served and continue to lead as Project Manager and led the Detroit Solar Neighborhood Initiative, overseeing the transformation of 165 acres of vacant land into 31 MWs of renewable energy.
She has been with the City since 2018, originally a Senior Financial Analyst for all Government Operation agencies within the Office of Departmental Financial Services. She holds both a BBA and MS in Finance from Eastern Michigan University and was a member of the Financial Management Association board.
