Drew Sanchez Lucco serves as Principal at AndAccess. AndAccess's work is rooted in the belief that neighborhood businesses grow communities in ways that connect people and build community. Through his work at AndAccess, Drew partners with neighborhood groups, local governments, and business service organizations to create policies and programs that create prosperity while serving residents. AndAccess focuses on data driven, design-centric solutions informed practical experience and grounded in place. Before joining AndAccess, Drew served as Senior Director of the Motor CIty Match Program at the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation (DEGC). His team at the DEGC helped hundreds of Detroit entrepreneurs grow their businesses, access capital, and create lasting impact in their communities. Through Motor City Match, Drew managed the awarding of millions in public and private grant funding to Detroit small businesses, resulting in more than 175 new brick and mortar businesses open and operating in the city of Detroit. Additionally, Drew managed the DEGC’s Small Business relief grant programs during the height of the pandemic, administering state and federal grant funds that reached more than 2,100 Detroit businesses in need.
