Brad Cornelius, AICP, CFM, CPM is a Vice President and Community Planning Technical Lead for Wade Trim, Inc. Brad has been a professional planner in Florida for 32 years and an AICP member for 30 years. During Brad's career he has held several leadership positions in both the public and private sector. Brad was the Growth Management Administrator for the City of Cape Coral, Florida, Planning & Development Director for Sumter County, Florida, and Vice President/Florida Community Design Planning Lead for Wade Tim, Inc. in Tampa, Florida. Brad has outlasted the changing tides in political pressues over 3 decadse of being a planner. Most importantly, Brad has maintained his AICP ethics in the political storms.
