Brendan is an AICP Candidate that has worked as a planner and urban designer with the City of Detroit Planning and Development Department since 2017. During this time, he has worked in different capacities on several projects and efforts- most recently as Project and Implementation Manager for several eastside neighborhood framework plans. Previously he has served as staff for the Detroit Historic District Commission and contributed to mobility planning efforts across the City. Prior to that, he worked as a senior designer and project manager in the private sector, gaining much experience in Planned Unit Development projects, sustainable landscape design as well as other municipal park projects across Metro Detroit.
