The Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) program at the University of Florida has long been committed to cultivating the next generation of planning leaders. This session features three faculty members who will explore how the program intentionally weaves leadership development into its curriculum, studio experiences, and professional engagements. From community-based projects to student-led initiatives, attendees will hear concrete examples of how emerging planners are gaining the skills, confidence, and vision to lead.
