Tippe Morlan currently works as a Long Range/Senior Planner for the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Chapter Presidents Council, Past President of APA Utah, and is on the Steering Committee for the APA Asian and Pacific Islander Interest Group. With a background in community development, sociology, and resort town planning, she is passionate about the crossover between tourism and planning. She received her BS in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California and her MS in Sociology from Brigham Young University, and a Master of Tourism Administration from the George Washington University School of Business.
