Charles is a Project Manager at Lord Aeck Sargent with expertise in preservation planning and architectural conservation. As a credentialed member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, he leads detailed preservation planning projects tailored to diverse historic resources and client needs. An active leader in historic preservation, Charles has held leadership and advisory roles for not-for-profits, trusts, and foundations. He also teaches at Georgia State University, and has lectured at the University of Georgia and Tuskegee University.
