Tania Kadakia founded Wrought Iron Partners to bring her expertise in project development, complex finance and organizational capacity building to support community development focused real estate developers, foundations and government entities. WIP provides broad expertise in deal conceptualization and structing, executive advising and team management.
Tania’s foundational experience includes as a VP Relationship Manager for major banks and tax credit investors, real estate development housing line of business manager, and now as company founder. Tania led and financed dozens of affordable housing and community development projects over 20+ years. WIP’s current engagements include as lead instructor and content creator for the IHDA/ LISC NextGen program. Tania is a sought after speaker, serves on numerous boards and is a Commissioner of the Chicago Plan Commission.
