Uri Pachter (he/him) is the Senior Housing Planner for the City of Evanston, IL, where he leads housing policy development and implementation. He has led an eTOD endorsement program in the Bay Area and conducted housing analyses for local governments, affordable housing developers, and HUD Choice Neighborhood Grants. For over 20 years Uri has focused on creating an equitable tomorrow through relationships and data. He serves on the board of Grounded Solutions Network and holds a Masters of City and Regional Planning (MCRP) from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
