Keri Stevens, AICP, serves as the Economic Development Program Manager for the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC). She holds a Master of Arts in Architectural History, with a concentration in historic preservation, from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
At ARC, Keri leads planning initiatives and programs designed to promote and facilitate regional prosperity. She manages the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS), a collaborative and community-driven process shaping Atlanta’s economic future with a focus on enhancing economic mobility across the region.
With extensive experience working with local governments on zoning and design, Keri previously served as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Avondale Estates. In that role, she emphasized community engagement and strategic planning to create a strong foundation for implementation and sustainable growth.
