Michael Darga is a licensed professional engineer in Michigan and a partner at Giffels Webster, based in Detroit.

Mike Darga is equally comfortable leading a bike tour of some of Detroit’s most historic sites for Wheelhouse Detroit and Tour de Troit as he is leading projects as a civil engineer who helped implement the city’s first “non-motorized” plan in 2009 and 2010 to make the city more bike and pedestrian-friendly. Beyond non-motorized work, Mike’s professional projects have included urban redevelopment, urban planning, environmental restorations, parks, and public infrastructure.

In addition to engineering, Mike is active in non-profit work including Tour de Troit, Hatch Detroit, Lawrence Tech University, and Friends of the Rouge.
