Justin Quagliata, AICP, is the Community Development Director for the City of Northville, Michigan. He oversees building, planning, zoning administration, code enforcement, historic preservation, economic development coordination, and redevelopment initiatives.

Justin is a member of the City’s oversight team for The Downs mixed-use redevelopment project, drafts updates to modernize the City’s ordinances, and is preparing to lead the City’s Master Plan update. He regularly prepares and presents reports to the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Historic District Commission, and City Council, emphasizing clear policy analysis and defensible decision-making.

He holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Michigan State University.
