Munsun Park is an urban planner and real estate professional with over twenty-five years of experience in transit oriented development, real estate development, land use planning, and environmental justice. She enjoys partnering with government agencies, private developers and community stakeholders in the planning and development of complex infrastructure and mixed-use developments. Ms. Park is Senior Director of Transit Oriented Development at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority where she oversees public-private partnership deals with private developers that result in transit improvements, revenue generation, and greater housing and ofice production around transit nodes. Ms. Park's previous stints include working at Jonathan Rose Companies, a leading green affordable housing developer. She has a Master in City Planning from the Massachusetts of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Berkeley. She also holds Board officer positions at IMPACCT Brooklyn, a community development organization, and the Brooklyn Youth Music Project.
