Bruce has directed the completion of over 400 plans, including comprehensive plans, subarea plans, corridor plans, zoning code revisions, and natural resource management plans for local, state, and federal agencies. He drives local, state, and federal agencies toward outcome-driven solutions, providing strategic guidance.
