As a landscape architect with over 30 years of experience, Brian Charlton works with organizations, communities, and multiple stakeholder groups to develop sustainable solutions that improve the environment, benefit the economy, and enhance the quality of life. Brian Charlton is a LEED accredited professional that holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Kansas State University and a Masters of Landscape Architecture from the University of Michigan. As a Senior Principal in SmithGroup’s Urban Design practice, he leads the design and development of transformative mobility, transportation, greenway, streetscape and complex urban projects.
