Leadership Development Workshop

This leadership development workshop equips current and emerging leaders with practical tools to lead effectively in today’s complex environments. Grounded in governance best practices and modern leadership frameworks, the session connects leadership theory to everyday professional, workplace, and volunteer contexts inside and outside APA. Participants will engage in interactive, experiential exercises that build community, strengthen collaboration, and translate insight into action. Using shared language and systems-thinking perspectives, the workshop explores decision-making, influence, adaptability, and organizational change. By the end of the session, participants will have greater confidence in their leadership role and practical frameworks to evaluate, strengthen, and apply their leadership approach across workplaces, communities, and volunteer settings.
