Daniel Cohen has nearly 15 years of engineering experience and is a Principal in Stantec Consulting's New York City office. He has become a leading authority on New York City’s Zoning for Accessibility (ZFA) and Transit Zoning Bonus frameworks, helping developers unlock significant value while delivering essential public infrastructure upgrades.
Daniel specializes in the complex intersection of private development and public transit and is known for his ability to solve intricate technical and regulatory puzzles.
